摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of side in the minimally invasive intervertebral fusion combined with posterior short segment fixation in the treatment of thoracic lumbar fracture.Method:From January 2014 to April 2015,96 cases of thoracic lumbar fracture in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,each group had 48 cases.The control group treated with pedicle screw after short segmental fixation in combination with the lateral bone graft fusion method, the experimental group treated with side in the minimally invasive intervertebral fusion combined with posterior short segment fixation method,the injury vertebral height ratio,kyphotic angulation(Cobb angle),neurological function recovery and JOA score before and after surgery of two groups were compared.Result:The injury vertebral height ratio,Cobb angle,neurological function recovery and JOA score after surgery 12 months in the experimental group were all better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive intervertebral fusion combined with posterior short segment fixation is exactly,it can obviously improve vertebral body stability,promote neural functional recovery.
