黛力新对中青年高血压病伴焦虑抑郁患者的疗效观察
Effect of Deanxit in Young and Middle Aged Patients with Hypertension Combined Anxiety and Depression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit in young and middle aged patients with hypertension combined anxiety and depression.Method:From January to December in 2014,80 cases of young and middle aged hypertension combined anxiety and depression in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each group had 40 cases. Two groups were all based on antihypertensive treatment,while the experimental group was given psychotherapy and Deanxit.Two groups of blood pressure control,anxiety and depression,treatment effect were observed andcompared.Result:Blood pressure in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no improvement in anxiety and depression after treatment in the control group(P>0.05),the improvement of the experimental group was significantly,the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The reduction blood pressure total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,higher than 72.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deanxit control anxiety and depression in young and middle aged hypertension patients with anxiety and depression safety and effectiveness,at the same time can relax tension and anxiety,overcome negative psychology,not only can obviously improve patient's symptoms of hypertension,but also improve psychological function and social function, to improve the efficacy of antihypertensive adjuvant effect is obvious,worthy of clinical popularization and Application.关键词
