情境模拟教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用
Application of Situation Simulation Teaching Method in Orthopedic Clinical Teaching

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in the teaching of clinical interns in department of orthopedics.Method:A total of 85 clinical interns in the department of orthopedics were selected as the research objects,they were divided into 43 cases of the experimental group and 42 cases of the control group,in the practice process,the experimental group took the situation simulation teaching method to carry on the teaching and the control group adopted the traditional practice teaching method. Two groups theoretical operation assessment scoring and questionnaire survey were analyzed before leave department.Result:The experimental group theory and skills of grades and the teaching effect scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Situation simulation teaching method provides safe practice opportunities,it can effectively tests students’mastering the knowledge and practical applications,it also can enhances the clinical operation skills of department of orthopedics interns,speeds up the trainee's ability to master the theory and operation skills,improves the satisfaction degreeof the teaching of the department of orthopedics,which is beneficial to the improvement of theteaching quality and effect.关键词
