急性心肌梗死患者内脏素mRNA基因表达及临床相关性的研究
Study on the Expression of mRNA Gene and Clinical Relevance in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of mRNA gene in the adipose tissue of patients with acute myocardial infarction,and to provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:According to the criteria of clinical diagnosis,80 patients with acute myocardial infarction were enrolled as acute myocardial infarction group, and 100 normal people were served as control group. RT-PCR method was used to detect the level of mRNA and the expression level of gene,and the clinical data of the two groups were collected and compared.Result:The plasma visfatin level and the quantitaitive of visfatin mRNA expression adipose tissues of acute myocardial infarction of patients were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression of mRNA in adipose tissue of patients with acute myocardial infarction was positively correlated with WHR,TG,TC(P<0.05). The amount of internal organs in patients with acute myocardial infarction was positively correlated with the clinical TG,TC,and LDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute myocardial infarction, the increased expression of the internal organs and the concentration of the internal organs may be an independent risk factor for acute myocardial infarction.关键词
