川芎含药血清诱导小鼠胚胎干细胞分化为心肌细胞的实验研究
Experimental Study on Differentiation of Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells into Cardiomyocytes Induced by Serum Containing Rhizoma Chuanxiong
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the features of differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells into cardiomyocytes induced by Chuanxiong containing serum,establish a simple and efficient system of ES cells differentiation cardiomyocyte.Method:The action of ES cell activity under Chuanxiong containing serum were observed,visible spontaneous and rhythmic beating embryoid bodies occurred at 3 d,reached peak at 5 d.Myocardial cell specific genes β-MHC were detected by using RT-PCR method.Result:Compared with the rat serum and fetal bovine serum group,theβ-MHC of the cells cultured by Chuanxiong containing serum expression and differentiation rate increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chuanxiong containing serum significantly improved the efficiency of embryonic stem cells differentiation to cardiomyocyte in vitro.关键词
