生物补片法阴道成形与腹膜代阴道成形治疗先天性无阴道临床疗效分析
The Clinical Effect Analysis of the Treatment of Congenital Absence of Vagina by the Method of the Biological Patch and the Peritoneum

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of artificial vaginoplasty with biological patch and vagina construction by pelvic peritoneum in the treatment of congenital absence of vagina.Method:35 patients with MRKH who were treated with artificial vaginoplasty in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2013 were selected as the research objects,20 patients were treated with artificial vaginoplasty with biological patches (biological patch group),15 patients were treated with artificial vaginoplasty by pelvic peritoneum(peritoneum group).Then the operative time,blood loss,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,hospital stay, postoperative morbidity and surgical costs of two groups were compared,and the postoperative vaginal length, width,time of vaginal mucosa,complication,patients and sexual partners sexual satisfaction scores were followed up.Result:The operative time, blood loss, postoperative intestinal function recovery time of biological patch group were all significantly lower than those of peritoneum group(P<0.05),the hospitalization costs was significantly higher than that of peritoneal group(P<0.05),while the hospital stay of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The postoperative morbidity of the two groups were respectively 25.0%(5/20) and 26.7%(4/15),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The vaginal length and width of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05),while the sexual satisfaction scores of biological patch group were all higher than those of peritoneal group,the differences were all significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biological patch vaginoplasty and transvaginal pelvic peritoneum vaginoplasty are effective artificial vagina plasty,method of biological patch vaginoplasty is more simple, less operative injury, faster recovery, postoperative patients on life satisfaction is higher, but the cost is expensive.关键词
