武汉某高校教职工甲状腺健康状况调查及相关因素分析
Investigation of Thyroid Health Status and Its Related Factors in a College Faculty in Wuhan

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the thyroid health status of faculty in a university in Wuhan,and analyze the related factors.Method:The data and questionnaire survey of 1323 cases of health examination of the staff and workers of a university hospital in Wuhan from April 2015 to December 2015,made a summary analysis,the incidence rate of thyroid carcinoma,adenoma,nodule,and diffuse disease of the thyroid gland were calculated respectively,and according to other health examination items,questionnaire items and follow-up visits,analyzed the risk factors of thyroid diseases by Logistic regression.Result:The total detection rate of thyroid disease subjects staff was 42.71%,male and female detection rates were 39.03% and 47.76%.The prevalence of thyroid showed a significant increasing trend with age,compared with the age groups,the detection rate of women were all significantly higher than those of men(P<0.01).There were correlation between the prevalence of thyroid and iodine intake,working pressure and ionizing radiation,and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rate of thyroid disease with the faculty of a university in Wuhan in a higher detection, advocate a reasonable diet,to maintain a good attitude,away from pollution,do a good job of self care.关键词
