Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of the comprehensive intervention management model of nosocomial infection nursing.Method:All of the cases were admitted to our hospital inpatient department, from January 2016 to March 2016,3120 patients were included in the control group,3250 patients were enrolled in the observation group from April 2016 to June 2016.The control group was treated with routine management mode,the observation group was treated with implement comprehensive management intervention model,the nursing quality and the incidence rate of hospital infection of the two groups were compared.Result:The score of ward management was (98.5±0.6),the score of disinfection and isolation was (94.2±1.2),the infection control score was (92.5±0.8),the score of aseptic operation was (92.3±0.3),the score of health education was (93.5±0.9) and the basic nursing score (93.8±0.3),all were significantly better than those of the control, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 2.86% (93/3250),which was significantly lower than 15.00%(468/3120) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of hospital infection nursing comprehensive management model can significantly improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,the clinical value is worthy of recognition.关键词
