磁性服务对白内障患者的护理干预效果分析
Analysis of the Effect of Magnetic Service on Nursing Intervention for Patients with Cataract

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the nursing effect of magnetic service nursing in cataract patients. Method:A total of 600 cataract patients were randomly selected from January 2015 to February 2016,all patients were assigned to the test group and the reference group according to the random number table method,300 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were routinely treated with routine care,while the patients in the test group were treated with magnetic care on this basis.Nursing care of patients after questionnaire survey (recovery rate 100%),score of the two groups of patients in the nursing process in nursing compliance,and statistics of patients to nursing staff of nursing satisfaction score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The reasonable diet,eye cleanup,medication according to doctor’s advice,regular referral and other related care compliance of the test group,were all lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 92.33%,significantly higher than that of the reference group (71.67%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnetic service in the process of nursing of cataract patients,can improve patient compliance of the nursing process,and improve the patient to nursing service recognition,has clinical application value,can be greatly promoted in clinical practice.关键词
