摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound betamethasone combined application of sodium hyaluronate in patients with degenerative meniscal injury after the operation.Method:68 cases of degenerative meniscus injury in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected, according to the different treatment plan, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, each of 34 cases. The control group was treated with injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment, the observation group in the control group treated with Compound Betamethasone, the treatment effect of the two groups were observed.Result: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 94.1% and 82.4% respectively, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The two groups before treatment IKDC score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after 6 months of treatment, the observation group IKCK score was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups before treatment Lysholm score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after 6 months of treatment, the observation group Lysholm score was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, two groups of NO,IL-1β levels were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of NO and IL-1βin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Betamethasone combined with Sodium Hyaluronate intraarticular injection for the treatment of degenerative meniscal injury after operation, better than using sodium hyaluronate treatment, curative effect.关键词
