回填重建技术在取自体髂骨植骨术中的应用研究
Application Research of Backfill Reconstruction Technique in the Surgery of Autologous Iliac Bone Graft

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of backfill reconstruction technique in autogenous iliac bone graft.Method:112 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,56 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with iliac bone graft,the control group was treated with iliac bone graft,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was (58.45±9.41)min,which longer than (46.82±18.24)min in control group(P<0.05).The observation group of intraoperative bleeding in (33.56±8.56)mL,which was slightly more than (32.48±9.23)mL of the control group,but there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was (7.78±1.31)d,which was shorter than (10.24±2.63)d of the control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the observation group was (9.62±2.93)d,which shorter than (11.86±3.67)d of control group (P<0.05).The observation group complication rate was 10.71%,lower than 26.78% of the control group(P<0.05).12 months after the operation, the X-ray films showed that two groups of patients were healed. Conclusion:Autologous iliac bone graft can reduce the postoperative complications, promote the early healing of bone defect area and improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
