Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value of Left ventricular longitudinal axis function in Rheumatic heart disease Mitral stenosis.Method:From January 2015 to May 2016,30 cases of physical examination and 90 cases of MS in our hospital were selected as research object by randomly,physical examination for the control group,patients with MS for the MS group.Compared the Left ventricular longitudinal axis function of two groups.At the same time,according to the degree of mitral stenosis,MS patients were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group.Compared the Left ventricular longitudinal axis function of three groups. Analyzed the degree of mitral stenosis and left ventricular function of the vertical axis.Result:The DAV-PS,DAV-L, DAV-A,DAV-I,VMA-PS,VMA-L,VMA-A and VMA-I of MS group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The DAV-PS,DAV-L,DAV-A,DAV-I,VMA-PS,VMA-L,VMA-A and VMA-I in MS degree of stenosis were compared differences between three groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),the mild group was the highest,the severe group was the lowest.And the MS group positively to the linear correlation with DAV-PS,DAV-L,DAV-A,DAV-I,VMA-PS,VMA-L,VMA-A,VMA-I and mitral valve area,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MS can cause with a significant reduction in the left ventricular function of the vertical axis,and the drop degree there are significantly positive linear correlation with the degree of stenosis.关键词
