摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a model of cisplatin-induced hair cell loss and regeneration in zebrafish. Methods Zebrafish larval were incubated in cisplatin solution. Using antibody staining, transgenic fish live imaging and in situ hybrid-ization, hair cell numbers before and after cisplatin treatment were characterized. Results Higher concentration cisplatin in-cubation caused more hair cell loss than lower concentration cisplatin when incubated for the same duration. Hair cells re-generation after lower concentration cisplatin incubation was also faster (P<0.001). Conclusion Cisplatin induced zebrafish lateral line hair cell loss and regeneration show dose and time-dependent patterns.关键词
