基于平板微热管阵列的大功率LED路灯散热研究
Study on Thermal Dissipation of High-power LED Lamps Based on Flat Micro-heat Pipe Arrays

Abstract
High-power LED lamps is considered to be the future of lighting industry, however, there are some obstacles such as heat dissipation problem that prevent its popular using. This essay suggests a new type radiator that combined flat micro-heat pipe arrays and traditional fin radiator for high-power LED lamps. Firstly, we tested the heat performance of MHPA experimentally, the results indicate that the MHPA has rapid startup, excellent temperature uniformity, and heat flux peaked at 117. 2 W/cm2 when evaporator section temperature was 53 ℃. Then we built 3-D models of LED lamps system, completed steady-heat-thermal analysis in ANSYS Workbench using Finite Element Method, the results of numerical analysis demonstrated the new radiator gets ability in dealing with heat dissipation problem of high-power LED lamps.关键词
