Application Progress of Genetop Potato Virus Kit on Rapid Detection of Potato Viruses
摘要
Abstract
Biochip technology is a new virus detection technology with rapid detection,high sensitivity and strong specificity.Genetop potato virus kit had many advantages,such as can simultaneously detect seven viruses (PVY distinguish PVY and PVYN)and one viriod in a reaction,direct detection of tubers,reagent non-toxic,easy operation,average cost lower than ELISA etc.The principle,characteristics,potato seed production and quality control system prospects of potato virus biochip technology were reviewed in this paper.关键词
