摘要

Abstract

Abstact Using the annual branch of Caryopteris mongolica Bunge as the explant,inductiion,proliferation,differentiation,rooting culture medium screening and ransplant of tissue culture and rapid propagation were systematic studied,to lay the technical foundation for Caryopteris mongolica Bunge factory seedling.In this study,the most suitable medium for the induction was MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA+0.02 mg/L GA.The optimum medium for the multiplication and rooting was MS,and the promoting strong dwarfing effect of 20 mg/L chlormequat was the best.The survival rate of transplanting could exceed 85%under that condition.
