热应激对长毛兔生产性能及生理生化指标的影响OA
Effects of Heat Stress on Production Performance and Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Angora Rabbit
为研究夏季热应激对长毛兔生产性能、血清生化指标及血浆细胞数的影响，在夏季不同温度阶段选用16只长毛兔进行试验，试验期85 d。结果表明：热应激对长毛兔产毛量影响显著；对血糖、甘油三酯、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、胆固醇、嗜中性粒细胞数目、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等生理生化指标影响显著(P<0.05)；对丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞数目、红细胞数目、中值细胞数目、高密度脂蛋白等影响不显著(P>0.05)。
To study the effect of the summer heat stress on Angora rabbit,16 Angora rabbits were divided into two groups at different temperature stages in the summer,and the test duration was 85 days.The results showed that the heat stress could significantly affect the Angora rabbit wool weight,blood glucose,triglyceride,SOD(superoxide dismutase),alanine transaminase,aspartate aminotransferase,cholesterol,neutrophil count,T-AOC(total antioxidant capacity)(P<…查看全部>>
