兔自体与同种异体肌腱联合应用重建前交叉韧带的实验研究
Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in rabbits using autogenous tendon combined with allogeneic tendon
摘要
Abstract
Twenty-four healthy female adult New Zealand white rabbits,One-side knee joint reconstructed with au-togenous-allogeneic tendon were selected randomly as the test, and the other joint reconstructed with autogenous tendon folded double were served as the control at the same time. 3, 6 and 10 weeks after operation,the histologic examination of ACL (n=3) and the biomechanical test (n=5) were conducted. Compared with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in rabbits using autogenous tendon,the use of autogenous tendon combined with allogeneic tendon may promote graft maturation rate and the strength of graft,shorten the time of osteogenesis between the ten-don graft and the bone tunnel, improve healing strength.关键词
