On Quality of Young Editors of Academic Journals
摘要
Abstract
The quality of editors is closely related to journal quality. Since young editors, nowadays, occupy a large proportion among most of the journals’ staff, whose inner quality is the crux of enhancing journal quality. Young editors, first of all, are required to strengthen their fundamental qualities, which include professionalism and commitment to editing, they are also needed to improve and fulfill themselves from the perspective of politics and ideology, editing-related expertise, English and literature, culture, social skills, computer literacy as well as coordination and organization ability.关键词
