摘要

Abstract

Regarding science and technology journals as knowledge resources, this paper probes into an issue that how learners use es ̄says in them to make knowledge innovation. Using knowledge spiral theory, it analyzes the flow and transform processes of knowledge in learners, authors, science and technology papers and journals, emphasizing the learning function of science and technology periodicals in expediting knowledge creation during these processes, as well as the responsibility and function of editors in strengthening learning and innovation. It is pointed out that the reasonable organization of knowledge resources requires editors to have more extensive knowl ̄edge and stronger innovative sense as well as excellent ability of organizing knowledge resources. Only in this way, knowledge resources in scientific and technical journals can be continually updated to create more new knowledge resources.
