摘要
Abstract
For the existing power grid voltage management of voltage qualification rate index system has the phenome -non of artificially high and extensive , this paper puts forward a kind of index system and evaluation method based on voltage management business:on the basis of the original voltage qualification rate of the primary index , the method of utility function is employed on the existing four types of monitoring stations , and its corresponding indicators at a lower level, synthetic model and calculation method are obtained .The case analysis verifies the index system of the basis can comprehensively and objectively evaluate and reflect the voltage quality management to carry out the situation , and provides effective basis to further improve the level of voltage quality management work .关键词
