Abstract
According to the European Union in the MID certification of watt-hour meter calibration requirement of un-certainty evaluation of measurement results , and combining with OIML R 46 international advice , this paper analyzed the starting current sources of uncertainty in detail , and offers the real example of typical uncertainty when starting current , it showed the MID certification to the uncertainty evaluation and analysis on a method .关键词
