Sizing of Energy Storage in Microgrid with Controllable Load
摘要
Abstract
The appropriate size of energy storage is one of the critical elements to improve the reliability and economy of power supplies for remote microgrid with renewable generations. In this paper, a power allocation strategy coordinating the renewable energy, energy storage, and load is presented considering the time-shifting load of mining underwater within the microgrid. A model of sizing the energy storage is developed considering the unfixed cycle life of battery storage. The proposed model is carried out on a typical wind/photovoltaic hybrid system in northwest China with load of mining underwater. The results demonstrate that the proposed model is effective.关键词
