Negative Voltage Mechanism Analysis and Suppression for DC-DC Converter

Abstract
In view of the right plane zero of the transfer function in DC-DC converter can cause negative voltage and slow response. The design pripciples of converter parameter for suppressing negative voltage was proposed. Taking the Boost converter as the object of study, the mechanism of the negative voltage regulation in the continuous inductive current and the inductive complete supplying mode is analyzed. The transient process of the non minimum phase system duty cycle is divided into two stages, the negative harmonic and the overshoot. According to the negative voltage, the influence of the inductance and capacitance to the negative voltage is analyzed. The design principle of inductance and capacitance for negative voltage regulation is presented. And this principle has guiding significance to improve the transient state and steady state of the minimum phase system. The validity of the mechanism analysis and rationality of the design of the negative adjustable voltage parameters are verified by simulation and experiments.关键词
