紫外分光光度法测定柴胡中多糖含量OA
Determination of polysaccharide in Bupleuri Radix by UV
目的:采用紫外分光光度法测定柴胡中多糖含量。方法采用苯酚-硫酸显色法,以葡萄糖为对照品,490 nm为检测波长。结果测得柴胡中多糖的平均含量为15.8%,平均回收率为98.9%。结论该方法简便、快速且提取率高,可用于柴胡中多糖的含量测定。
Objective To develop an UV method for the determination of polysaccharide in Bupleuri Radix.Meth-ods The phenol-sulfuric acid was used as chromogenic agent , and glucose was used as the reference standard .The detection wavelength was set at 490 nm.Results The average content of polysaccharide was 15.8%,and the aver-age recovery rate was 98.9%.Conclusion The method is simple ,rapid and has high extraction rate ,which can be used for the determination o…查看全部>>
