摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the optimal therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods Type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group .Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy ,while the observation group patients were taken the combination of tradi-tional Chinese and Western medicine treatment ,followed differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syn-drome.Results There were significant changes in glucose metabolism ,lipid changes and the recovery between the control group and observation group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 73.47%and 95.92%,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It is good for patients with type 2 diabetes that taking the appropriate combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment after synrome differentiation and classification .关键词
