HPLC法测定四子补益膏剂中特女贞苷的含量
Determination of specnuezhenide in Sizi Buyi Gao by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of specnuezhenide in Sizi Buyi Gao .Methods Luna C18 column was used .The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.01 mol/L and potassium dihydrogen phosphate (23∶77 ) .The UV detector was set at 224 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃.The flow rate was 0.7 mL/min.Results The linear response range was 0.05~1.6 mg/mL(R=0.999 9).The average recovery of specnuezhenide was 97.1%,and RSD was 0.75%.Conclusion The method was accurate,simple and repeatable, which can be applied in quantitative determination of specnuezhenide in Sizi Buyi Gao .关键词
