摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the synthetic process of 1-methyl-3-propyl-4-nitro pyrazole-5-formamide.Meth-ods Using toluene as solvent ,and using the single factor text and orthogonal design to optimize the dosage of toluene solvent.Results The optimal conditions were as follows:10.9 equivalent toluene(a),3.6 equivalent toluene(b), 7.3 equivalent toluene(c).The yield was 96.7%.Conclusion The results showed that the product stability and yield was improved by the optimized synthetic process which was suitable for scale -up production .关键词
