摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of the saponin from balsam pear by orthogonal design . Methods In orthogonal experiment ,ethanol concentration ,extraction temperature ,extraction time and solid-liquid ra-tio and extraction times five factors were investigated .Results The optimum extraction conditions of balsam pear saponin was:75%ethanol,temperature 70 ℃,material ratio 1∶30,times of extraction 2.5 h,times of extraction 2. Average content of saponin was 0.65%.Conclusion The method is simple,convenient,easily and suitable for the determination of the saponin from balsam pear .关键词
