Entrepreneurial Strategy Type Research:An Integration of Common Entrepreneurship and Institutional Entrepreneurship

Abstract
Entrepreneurial strategy is a crossover of entrepreneurial research and strategic management , which has a broad coverage and thus difficult to define. Due to this reason, it leads to the black box in the decision-making process and the fragmented researches in strategy types. These problems thus hindered the development of future researches. Based on literature research and theoretical exploring , this paper mainly makes contribution in two aspects: the first is a systematical review on the construction of entrepreneurial strategy and its types , offering a definition of entrepreneurial strategy and summarizing five classical models of entrepreneurial strategy type research; the other is the clear introduction of institutional entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial strategy for the first time , pointing out that common entrepreneurial strategy takes the feature of competitive strategy, while institutional entrepreneurial strategy considers more about legitimacy. An integrated framework of the institutional entrepreneurial is constructed thereby.关键词
