基于二元Logistic模型的新型职业农民农业生产意愿的影响因素及其对策探析

Abstract
Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers and settling them down to their farming work would strongly push China's agricultural modernization construction and the new socialist countryside construction forward. However, concerning present situation, the educational levels of farmers are comparative low, their vocational skills are also inaptitude and the support to agriculture is inadequate. These have become the main obstacles for the new farmers to undertake professional agricultural production. Through a questionnaire survey on the reality of the new farmers' a-gricultural production, the article analyzed the factors affecting agricultural production, including individual differences, agricultural production management, educational training, and agricultural production willingness. It is found that, genders, educational levels, training time span ex-pectations, expectations on expanding agricultural production, agricultural background, service mode, unit efficiency and the average level of a-gricultural production will be significantly affected. The government should increase the opportunity to receive education and vocational training , and cultivate students to become a new type of farmers, and to increase the agricultural production of new vocational farmers in land, financial credit, tax incentives and so on.关键词
