精神分裂症患者伴发代谢综合征早期血清学诊断的试验研究
Early serological diagnosis of metabolic syndrome in patients with schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid,fasting insulin,serum tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a),aldosterone (ALD) levels in patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and then to explore the relationship between schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome (MS),to provide laboratory evidence for early diagnosis of MS in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Blood pressure,blood glucose,body weight,blood lipid,and fasting insulin were monitored in 80 patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and set up healthy control group (60 health physical examinees from the outpatient of our hospital over the same period).At the same time,enzyme-linked immanosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) and aldosterone (ALD) in two groups at each time point.Results The levels of blood pressure,body weight,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose in schizophrenia group were higher than those in healthy control group,the level of fasting insulin was lower than that in healthy control group (P＜0.05);ALD and TNF-a values in schizophrenia group were higher than those in healthy control group (P＜0.05),the data showed a trend of increasing with the progress of schizophrenia (P＜0.05).Conclusions ① Abnormalities of glucose and insulin resistance appear in schizophrenia patients at early stage,and there may be some association between schizophrenia and MS;② the changes of serum TNF-a and ALD in schizophrenia patients are positively correlated with the progression of the disease;which can reflect the activation of inflammatory blood vessels in the patients to a certain extent.Therefore,the clinical dynamic observation of serum TNF-a,ALD levels are helpful for the early diagnosis of MS in patients with schizophrenia.关键词
