不同方法治疗剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠的效果分析
Analysis of the treatment effect of pregnancy on the uterine scar after cesarean section

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different methods in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods 42 cases of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section in our hospital from March 2013 to February 2016 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was given methotrexate (MTX) intramuscular injection,MTX uterine cavity injection,low-voltage curettage;while control group was given MTX,mifepristone,low-voltage curettage.Compared clinical symptoms improvement and treatment effect of two groups.Results Vaginal bleeding time,β-hCG recovery time,the time of block disappearance of the scar site,the length of stay in observation group were significantly less than those in control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The clinical efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (95.24％ vs.80.95％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion MTX intramuscular injection + MTX uterine cavity injection + low-voltage curettage has distinct curative effect in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
