缺血性脑血管病患者应用CT灌注成像的颅内外动脉旁路移植术治疗的效果分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the curative effect of extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 80 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by cranium CT scan,while experimental group was treated with extracranial-intracranial arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging.CT relevant parameters and NIHSS in 6 months' follow-up after operation were compared.Results The level of rCBF of experimental group 1 week after operation was significantly higher than that of control group,the levels of rCBV,rMTT,and rTTP were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01).The NIHSS score of experimental group 6 months after operation was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion The curative effect of extracranial-intracraniai arterial bypass by CT perfusion imaging in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease is significant,of reference.关键词
