牙体缺损应用玻璃纤维桩修复的临床效果观察
Clinical effect of glass fiber post in the repair of tooth defect
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of glass fiber post in the repair of tooth defect.Methods 160 patients (190 teeth) with tooth defect undergoing oral cavity repair in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2015 were divided into control group (80 cases,94 teeth) and observation group (80 cases,96 teeth) according to different post and core materials,were respectively repaired with cast metal post and glass fiber post.The repair effect of two groups were compared.Result The successful rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (91.67％ vs.76.60％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Glass fiber post has the advantages of beautiful appearance,resistance to root fracture,simple operation and so on.In the aspect of improving the successful rate of tooth defect repair,the curative effect is sure,worthy of recommending.关键词
