Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect ofYiqi Huoxue decoction combined with urokinase on the levels of inflammatory factors,E-selection,and LDH in patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 70 eases of tuberculous pleurisy were randomly divided into research group (n=35) and control group (n=35).Control group was treated with urokinase,while research group was given Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the treatment in control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Made a comparison and analysis of the total effective rate,absorption time of pleural effusion,and the length of stay of two groups,the levels of inflammatory factors,E-selection,and LDH before and 8 weeks after treatment,and adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group (91.43％ vs.65.71％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The absorption time of pleural effusion and the length of stay in research group were significantly shorter than those in control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).After treatment,IL-8 and IL-6 levels in both groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),IL-6 and IL-8 levels in research group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of E-selection and LDH in both groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),the levels of E-selection and LDH in research group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse drug reactions during the treatment course in both two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with urokinase in the treatment of patients with tuberculous pleurisy has striking clinical effect,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors (IL-6 and IL-8),E-selection,and LDH,with important research value.关键词
