Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and nursing strategy of patients with pelvic fractures complicating by urethral injury,and to provide the basis for further development of nursing plan.Methods Clinical and nursing data of 30 patients with pelvic fractures complicating by urethral injury was retrospectively analyzed.We found out hemorrhagic shock in time and actively rescue patients,took corresponding nursing measures aimed at the complications prone to these patients,strengthened psychological nursing for late sexual dysfunction.Results In 30 patients,the micturition of 15 cases became smooth after pulling the catheter,4 cases of urethral stricture were cured by secondary urethral expansion or internal urethrotomy,10 cases of cystostomy were cured by secondary urethral stricture scar resection and anastomosis,1 female patient was transferred to another hospital for further treatment.2 male patients with sexual dysfunction recovered after active treatment and psychological guidance.Conclusion Making reasonable nursing plan by centering on pathophysiological process of complications can improve the therapeutic effect,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
