Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation for postpartum galactostasis.Methods 128 patients with postpartum galactostasis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,64 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hot compress,sucking,and other routine treatment,while treatment group was treated with manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation.Compared the clinical curative effect,breast-feeding rate,and the incidence of mastitis between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.875%,significantly higher than 78.125% of control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The breast-feeding rate and the incidence of mastiffs of treatment group were 93.75% and 6.25%,and those of control group were 75.00% and 15.625%,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions Manual massage combined with low frequency electric stimulation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of postpartum galactostasis,which can effectively prevent mastitis and breast swelling,increase the rate of breast-feeding,is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
