Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life (QOL) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods 120 patients with CHF who accepted treatment in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2015 were randomly selected as the research object,and divided into control group (60 cases) and study group (60 cases) according to the odd or even number of the admission record.Control group received the routine nursing,study group received corresponding continuous nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results The treatment compliance in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (100％ vs.80％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The scores of social activities,daily life ability,anxiety,depression of life quality scale in study group were better than those in control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Corresponding continuous nursing intervention for patients with chronic heart failure in clinical treatment can improve treatment compliance,the treatment effect,and the quality of life of patients,with important popularization and application value.关键词
