PDCA循环法在重症烧伤患者胃管非计划性拔管的应用
Application of PDCA model in unplanning extubation of gastric tube in patients with severe burn
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying PDCA model in unplanning extubation of gastric rube in patients with severe burn and to improve the nursing quality of BICU and reduce the incidence of unplanning extubation.Methods The PDCA model was applied in the control of the incidence of unplanning extubation of gastric tube in patients with severe burn.The incidences of unplanning extubation of dastric tube were compared between before and after the implementation of PDCA model.Results The incidence of unplanning extubation of gastric tube was 5.1％ after and 14.9％ before the implementation of PDCA model,with a statistical difference (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA model in unplanning extubation of gastric tube in patients with severe burn can reduce the incidence of unplanning extubation,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
