Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of furosemide combined with dopamine in the treatment of acute nephritis(AGN) complicated with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods 98 patients with AGN complicated with ARF treated at our hospital firom June,2013 to March,2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group were routinely and comprehensively treated;in addition, the observation group were treated with furosemide and dopamine. The clinical efficacy, urinary protein (PRO),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),times recovering to normal, hospital stay, and urinary protein quantitation,BUN,serum creatinine (SCr) levels and other renal function indicators before and 24 h after the treatment were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93.88% in the observation group and was 77.55% in the control group (P<0.05).The time for PRO and BUN recovering to normal and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.01).,The levels of urinary protein,BUN,and SCr were significantly lower 24 h after than before the treatment in both groups (P<0.01);and the improvement degree of the observation group was more significant (P<0.01).Conclusions Furosemide combined with dopamine in the treatment AGN complicated with ARFT is prominently effective and can effectively curb the development of ARF and recover the patients' renal function,so it has certain clinical reference value.关键词
