阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗塞患者效果分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel for patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 88 patients with myocardial infarction treated at our hospital from July,2014 to June,2015 were selected as study objects and were divided into an experimental group (n=45) and a control group (n=43) according to the sequence of hospitalization.The experimental group were treated with aspirin and clopidogrel and the control group with aspirin.The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was 84.45％ in the experimental group and was 65.12％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44％ in the the experimental group and was 6.98％ in the control group,with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Aspirin combined with clopidogrel for patients with myocardial infarction is obviously effective and highly safe.It is a good choice for myocardial infarction and worth being clinically generalized.关键词
