Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil in the prevention of agitation during anesthesia recovery period.Methods 130 breast cancer patients treated at our hospital were selected as study objects and divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group were given dexmedetomidine and the observation group dexmedetomidine and flurbiprofen.Results The mean arterial pressure 5 min after extubation and the recovery time were (91.63±8.86) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) and (11.52±2.76) min in the observation group and were (103.58±9.67) mmHg and (17.52±3.68) min in the control group (P＜0.05).1 case (1.53％) got agitation in the observation group and 8 (12.31％) in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Dexmedetomidine combined with flurbiprofen axetil in the prevention of agitation during anesthesia recovery period is effective and can make the patients' mean artery pressure and heart rate stable and shorten extubation time and recovery time,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
