Abstract
Objective To study the effect of fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with threaddrawing in the treatment of high anal fistula its influence on the recurrence rate.Methods 120 patients with high anal fistula treated at our hospital from June,2011 to February,2015 were selected admissions and were randomly divided into a control group (60 cases) and an observation group (60 cases) according the even or odd number of the beds.The control group were treated by incision and thread-drawing;in addition,the observation group was treated with fumigation of Chinese medicine.The total effective rate,wound healing time,and recurrence rate were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate (95.0％ vs.83.3％) was significantly higher,the wound healing time was shorter,and the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Fumigation of Chinese medicine combined with thread-drawing in treatment of high anal fistula is effective and has a low recurrence rate.关键词
