Abstract
Objective To study the influence of nurse-leading case management on analgesia effect and medical compliance in patients with lung cancer pain.Methods 68 patients with terminal lung cancer pain hospitalized into the respiratory carcinoma ward of our hospital from June to December,2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,34 for each group.The experimental group revived nurse-leading case management,while the control group was just given conventional nursing care.Moreover,to valuate pain intensity and medical compliance,they all were assessed on the first day at hospital,the day of hospital discharge,and two weeks after discharge.Results The pain intensity was better in the experimental group than in the control group on the first day of hospital discharge and two weeks after discharge,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference in medical compliance between these two groups.Conclusions Nurse-leading case management can effectively enhance analgesic effect on patients with terminal lung cancer pain and can improve their life quality,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
