摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the optimal times of temperature re-measurement of patients with high fever after taking different kinds of fever-lowering drugs in different ways.Methods 506 adult patients with high fever treated with fever-lowering drugs were randomly from 5 medical departments and 5 surgical departments at our hospital from February,2015 to June,2016.Their basal body temperature (T0) and temperatures 30 min (T1),60min (T2),90min (T3),and 120 min (T4) after administration were measured.The fever-lowering rates of the patients at T0-T1,T1-T2,T3-T4,and T0-T1 were calculated.The end of the average cooling time of maximum amplitude was the optimal time for temperature re-measurement.Results For the patients with high fever aspisolly injected compound amionprine and antipyrine injection,the optimal time for temperature re-measurement was 60 min after administration and for the patients orally taking ibuprofen,naprosyn,and acetaminophen,the optimal time for temperature re-measurement was 90 min after administration.Conclusions The optimal times of temperature re-measurement of patients with high fever after taking different kinds of fever-lowering drugs in different ways are over 30 min.The optimal time point of temperature remeasurement should be researched according to drug types,administration ways,the high fever patients' age,so as to provide effective information for clinical diagnosis and treatment and save medical resources.关键词
