固定床电化学反应器内电解合成丁二酸的研究
Electro-Synthesis of Succinic Acid in a Packed Bed Electrochemical Reactor

Abstract
A packed bed electrochemical reactor was used for succinic acid synthesis, and its performance was evaluated by applying different current densities adjusted by changing diameter and amount of titanium pellets. The results indicate that optimum performance can be achieved when using 133 titanium pellets with diameter of 8 mm, current density ratio of ic:ia=1:4, anodic current density of 1000 A.m-2, initial maleic acid weight of percent 9.8%, initial sulfuric acid weight percent of 5%and electrolysis temperature of 50℃. Average reduction yield of 93.7%, current efficiency of 95.0% and cell voltage range of 2.6~3.0 V can be obtained under such conditions. Compared with traditional tank type electrochemical reactors, the packed bed electrochemical reactor can increase average reduction yield of 4.4%, current efficiency of 3.5% and space-time yield of 1.6 times.关键词
