腹腔镜与开腹根治术对进展期胃癌患者免疫及应激水平的影响
Effect of Iaparoscope and open radical resection on the immunological and stress levels in patients with advanced gastric cancer

Abstract
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscope and open radical resection of gastric cancer on the immuno-logical and stress levels in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were admitted in our hospital were included in the study and divided into the laparoscope group and open group according to different treatment protocols.The morning fasting venous blood 1d before operation,and 1,3,and 5d after operation in the two groups was collected,and centrifuged for the serum.The scatter turbidimetry was used to detect CRP.ELISA was used to detect IL-6.FCM was used to detect CD4+ and CD8+.CD4+/CD8+ was calculated.ResuIts:The comparison of CRP and IL-6 levels before operation between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).CRP and IL-6 levels 1d after opera-tion were significantly elevated,and were gradually reduced 3 and 5 d after operation.CRP and IL-6 levels 3 and 5 d after opera-tion in the laparoscope group were significantly lower than those in the open group (P<0.05).The comparison of CD4+, CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+ before operation between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).CD4+ 1d after operation reached the peak,while CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were reduced to the lowest.CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+ 3 and 5d after operation were gradually recovered,and the recovered degree of the above indicators in the laparoscope group were sig-nificantly superior to that in the open group (P<0.05).ConcIusions:Due to the significant advantage of small effect on the stress reaction and immunosuppression,the laparoscopic radical gastrectomy should be preferred.关键词
