微创术式对输卵管妊娠患者机体及输卵管通畅性的影响
Effect of minimally invasive surgery on the stress reaction and fallopian tube patency in pa-tients with salpingocyesis

Abstract
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the effects of minimally invasive surgery on the stress reaction and fallopian tube pa-tency in patients with ectopic pregnancy (EP).Methods:A total of 90 patients with EP who were admitted in our hospital and had reproduction requirements were included in the study and randomized into the laparoscope group and the open group.The patients in the open group were given routine open conservative surgery,while the patients in the laparoscope group were given laparoscopic conservative surgery.Ang-Ⅱ,ALD,VEGF,Cor,ALT,and AST levels before operation,1 and 3d after opera-tion in the two groups were compared.Salpingography was performed 3 months after operation to compare the patency of af-fected fallopian tube after operation.ResuIts:The comparison of serum Ang-Ⅱ,Cor,ALD,and VEGF levels before operation between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The serum Ang-Ⅱ,Cor,ALD,and VEGF levels 1 and 3 d after operation in the laparoscope group were significantly lower than those in the open group (P<0.05).The comparison of serum ALT and ASTL levels before operation,1 and 3d after operation between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The patency rate of affected fallopian tube in the laparoscope group (84.44%)was significantly higher than that in the open group (46.67%)(P<0.05).ConcIusions:The laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has less stress reaction in pa-tients with salpingocyesis when compared with the traditional open surgery,with good patency of affected fallopian tube;therefore,it should be preferred in the clinic.关键词
