摘要

Abstract

[ABSTRACT]Objective:To study the relationship of shear wave velocity (SWV)and ultrasound contrast parameters of primary liver cancer with angiogenesis and cell proliferation.Methods:A total of 92 patients with primary liver cancer who re-ceived operative treatment in our hospital were selected as pathological group,90 healthy subjects who received physical exami-nation in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group,and the ultrasound parameters were determined by virtual touch tissue quantification and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography;liver cancer tissue and para-carcinoma tissue were collected to detect the levels of angiogenesis-related molecules and cell proliferation-related molecules.ResuIts:Arrival time, time to peak and peak accelerating time of pathological group were shorter than those of control group while SWV,arrival in-tensity and enhancement rate were higher than those of control group;Ang-1,Ang-2,Ang-4,PDGF,HGF,Tie-1,Tie-2, PDGFα,PDGFβ,c-met,AGR2,IFITM3,Ets-1 and cyclinD1 levels in liver cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in para-carcinoma tissue,positively correlated with ultrasound parameters SWV,arrival intensity and enhancement rate,and negatively correlated with arrival time,time to peak and peak accelerating time while XPD and p5 3 levels were significantly lower than those in para-carcinoma tissue,negatively correlated with ultrasound parameters SWV,arrival intensity and en-hancement rate,and positively correlated with arrival time,time to peak and peak accelerating time.ConcIusion:Shear wave velocity and ultrasound contrast parameters of primary liver cancer can evaluate the angiogenesis and cell proliferation in tumor lesions.
